The focus during my MBA was IP business and by joining TTP, I hoped to gain real-world experience in this respect. My career plan also included international working experience, so TTP fit both criteria.

Now I work as a business consultant and as an internal strategist and business developer for the Far East business angle.

I was the first person hired by the company to strengthen our partnership with Chinese industry, and explore China as a future marketplace. This is an exciting challenge: it means my job is exposed to a high level of uncertainty and diversity. However, throughout the past three years we have gradually made progress, in particular with the DAB-IP mobile phone initiative.

TTP’s culture is dynamic, supportive, and down-to-the earth. The company is really good to its employees, offering a high level of freedom and trust, which is reinforced by a flat organisational structure. It has certainly lived up to my expectations.
