TTP’s role

Developed an integrated system to bring together discrete test strips with a glucose monitoring meter, based around a simple-to-use test strip dispensing mechanism. TTP generated fundamental instrument patents and also helped transfer the product to production, developing related key manufacturing processes, including packaging concepts for test strips and a vision based calibraition system.

What makes it different?

• Eliminates the hassle of using separate test strips and blood glucose meter, so simpler and more convenient for diabetics of all ages
• Foil pack keeps test strips dry and sterile
• Cost-effective repackaging of consumables makes the product intuitive and more attractive to users
