The products
TTP has worked with many of the world’s leading consumer and commercial printer brands to develop new products based around a diverse range of third party inkjet technologies. These products range from SOHO page printers and fax machines to wide format outdoor graphics printers and postal meters (franking machines). TTP has also developed a universal printhead driver technology, Meteor.

TTP’s role

TTP has worked on multiple projects over many years for some of the global inkjet giants and has an in-depth knowledge of the technology and manufacturing processes employed in both mass market consumer printing and industrial applications.

We add value for these customers by combining an understanding of printing science with the mechanics of ink supply, media management and printhead maintenance. We have enormous experience in the development of the electronics and firmware needed to extract optimum performance from printheads. TTP combines this skills base with world-class project management practices to provide a low risk, low maintenance resource which delivers results fast.

We also work extensively with smaller niche players in sectors like labelling, digital press, outdoor graphics, mailing and franking, as well as emerging sectors like printed electronics. These customers frequently have small engineering teams yet need to develop innovative new printer formats quickly in fast-changing markets. We apply tried and trusted print technology from vendors such as Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, Xaar and Fuji Dimatix and work closely with our customer’s engineers to reduce their time to market and shorten the inkjet technology learning curve.
