NetSuite is an integral piece of our ERP platform and so joining TTP as a NetSuite Support Administrator, you’ll play a vital part to ensure the smooth running of the ERP platform for our company’s operations.

Rest assured that you will have the guidance and support of your colleagues within the IT Team whenever you need it. They will be there to assist you and provide necessary guidance as you navigate your responsibilities as a NetSuite Support Administrator.

You will be kept very busy at TTP! Once you have settled in, you’ll be supporting with:

  • Administration of users, roles, and permissions.
  • Troubleshooting bugs.
  • Upgrading and patching the platform as required.

There will plenty of opportunities for you to progress and develop your skillset within the first year including:

  • Training users on NetSuite.
  • Creating / Configuring / Updating workflows, saved searches and reports.
  • Documenting existing business processes and recommending improvements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have the propensity to learn both the technical and the business side of support. You will have experience of working in a business support function (e.g. IT, Accounts, Administration).

Ideally, you will understand terms like O2C (Order-to-Cash), P2P (Procure-to-Pay), R2R (Record-to-Report), Fixed Assets and CRM (Customer Relationship Management). If not, you will pick these concepts up fast and be capable to add value quickly.

Having NetSuite certifications (e.g., Suite Foundation, Suite Analytics, Administrator) is advantageous, but full training will be provided if not.

Having any of the following would be great, but is not essential:

  • Experience in SuiteScript,
  • Experience with Celigo and HubSpot,
  • Degree in a STEM subject, or equivalent working experience.

In this role, your main responsibility will be to provide support to multiple stakeholders, including Finance & Accounts, Business Development / CRM, Project Leaders, Marketing, and the senior leadership team. Your collaboration with the PowerBI team and provision of accurate data will be crucial. If you have a passion for experimentation, enjoy sharing your knowledge, and are eager to learn from your colleagues, you will thrive in this position.

Being aware of how a technology consultancy works, or familiarity with a fees-for-time / time-based professional services would also be advantageous.

There’ll be a couple of stages to your interview

There are two stages to our interview process for graduates, and one stage for interns. For both of those roles, there are usually a number of one-to-one interviews with our consultants. We focus on your technical abilities and consumer awareness and use our interviews to see how you’d fit into TTP.

We hold our interviews at TTP Campus in Melbourn

On the outskirts of Cambridge. The interview process is usually around a couple of hours and it’ll include technical problem-solving style questions.

We’ll cover expenses for your interview

Which includes cost of your return travel to the interview. If you need to stay overnight in Melbourn, let us know in advance and we can organise something.

After the interviews, you’ll hear back from us in a few days

It’ll normally take a few weeks to finish the interviews, but this can sometimes take a little longer depending on how busy we are.

If you fit the criteria, we can cover relocation costs up to £20,000
