As an Administrator at TTP, you’ll get to do lots of interesting things. If you enjoy a mix of routine and unpredictability, your flexibility will fit in well here.

You’ll be working closely with our Executive Assistant - so you’ll get the ideal balance of guidance and autonomy to organise your work.

On any given day, you could be providing admin support to the Business Operations and office relocation teams (next year, we’ll be moving to new purpose-built offices). On another, arranging the company corporate travel or accurately minuting a board meeting.

Administratively, there’s a wide range of routine tasks that could include raising payment requisitions/purchase orders, processing FedEx shipments, maintaining office stationery and photocopier supplies, and even distributing the post.

You'll also get to you'll get to provide stand in support for PA to TTP Group Board as well as oversee diary management, arrange offsite meetings, maintain spreadsheets, process timesheets, and manage SharePoint sites.

If you have developed good all-round administrative skills and a working knowledge of the full Microsoft 365 Suite; your application will have an edge.

The key to your success in the role will be your ability to prioritise tasks and remain organised even when busy. There will also be a focus on maintaining accuracy - particularly when producing correspondence for the Management Team. All the while, you'll find support and guidance whenever you need it.
