Business Intelligence Analyst

TTP is an established Technology Consulting firm with an excellent track record operating out of our science park south of Cambridge. We partner with global companies and ambitious start-ups to create innovative products and breakthrough technologies for our clients.

For this new role we are seeking applications from recent Computer Science graduates who can apply their training to manage SQL databases and applications and extract data from multiple sources to create meaningful business reports.

You will be part of our busy IT department and form close working relationships across the business. To succeed in this role, you will be a fast learner – able to acquire new technical skills, and an excellent communicator – happy working with a variety of people including senior managers.

Full training will be provided, but you will eventually take on a range of responsibilities including:

  • Installing, configuring and maintaining the array of Microsoft SQL servers, reporting services and data platforms that the business relies upon
  • Creating reports and data visualisation for stakeholders across the business
  • Providing hands on support to our Microsoft Dynamics users
  • Training employees on a variety of databases and applications as required


Your skills and experience should include:

  • A good degree (2.1) in Computer Science
  • Additional exposure to SQL server either as a course project or in your free time
  • Familiarity with tools such as SSIS, SSRS & Visual Studio
  • An understanding of CRM systems (ideally Dynamics 365 or Power BI)
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to interact with colleagues at all levels
