Description

To improve is to change. You could help implement one of TTP Group’s most significant improvements; our comprehensive ERP migration to the Oracle Netsuite Accounting System. It’ll be a complex journey but highly rewarding. And we’ll trust you from the outset because you’ve done this before.

Requirements

You’ll be operating as the pivot point between the IT and Accountancy teams. But you don’t need to be a software specialist. This hands-on role favours a qualified Accountant with the communication skills to thrive in a large and diverse team.

Support and collaboration will come from a range of key stakeholders including TTP’s Financial Controller, Purchase Ledger Supervisor, and Systems Analyst. Together, you’ll be working to design, implement, and test new processes for expense management, purchase ledger, and financial accounting.

As the implementation progresses, you’ll also have the opportunity to provide training and create bespoke best-practice user guides. So you’ll also get to train and guide the Accounts Team as they learn to use the new Accounting System.

These wide-ranging tasks come with a high level of autonomy including prioritising your workload to focus on delivering the key objectives. The goal is to create a smooth ERP migration experience both technically and experientially for all stakeholders.

At a strategic level, you’ll also get to work closely with the Financial Controller and external consultants to tailor Oracle Netsuite to the specific needs of TTP.
