Technology Business Development Lead

Do you enjoy exploring and developing future markets? Could you lead the discovery and nurture of new customers for our breakthrough digital solutions team in the pharma and healthcare sectors?

This newly created Business Development role sits at the cusp of an exciting emerging market. You’ll get to champion TTP’s secure reputation built on 35 years of exploring and creating new technologies.

You’ll be entrusted to identify, network, and engage potential clients to understand their dreams. These visions will become a reality as our scientists, engineers, and designers consistently create inventions that impact healthcare delivery internationally.

Software innovation has already created a step change in healthcare provision - but much of the work so far has been limited to digital transformation. By partnering with new clients, we’ll be focussing on harnessing the nascent technologies of today such as: language processing, personalisation, sensing, analytics and individualised communication, to innovate the patient-centric technologies of the next decade.

It’s impactful work and it requires a consultative but not overtly technical approach to business development.


This role will tap into your infectious enthusiasm for the possibilities in this space. It’s an opportunity to gain worthy recognition for creating something entirely new through your curiosity, communication, and collaboration.

You’ll be encouraged to nurture new partnerships by attending conferences and occasional international travel, particularly to the USA. And we’ll provide all the tools you need to be successful whether it’s access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator or our NetSuite CRM.

We’re open to considering candidates from a broad range of technical business development backgrounds. You’ll have a natural advantage if you gained experience of digital innovation in pharma and/or healthcare systems.

The role also comes with opportunities to help create content and thought leadership. If you can spot the problems and understand the context, our scientists and engineers will provide the technical support and input. If you’re comfortable communicating with highly educated and knowledgeable stakeholders, you’ll fit in well here.
