TTP’s Paul Tindall will be presenting on the future of 5G non-terrestrial communications, as part of the Space & Airborne track. TTP has extensive experience in the development of terrestrial and satellite communication solutions – from system level down to devices, from VHF to V-band, from land-based equipment to aeronautical and space-based platforms. We have been a trusted partner in wireless technology and connected product innovation since the development of the first digital mobile phones. Today, TTP helps our customers to create new products and technologies that enable connected enterprise, technologies that enhance mobility through connectivity, new interfaces between humans and technology, and technologies that learn and communicate.

Session title: At Altitude – Space & Airborne platforms and application
Description: Global mobile comms will converge across terrestrial, and non-terrestrial networks. Will this world be a utopian dream of always connected roaming for everyone, rich and poor, urban, rural and remote? Will it be the key to realising the IoT dream of global m2m connectivity? Or a dystopic nightmare of full orbits, space junk, RF interference and light pollution?
