At TTP we have created a company for people who want more from a career - the potential for a science and engineering centred career but with the added dynamic of a fiercely commercial environment. You will work with many of the largest companies throughout the USA, EU and Japan as well as some of the most exciting start-ups.
When graduates join they enjoy a steep learning curve, from day one you will be active in solving some of the world’s most demanding technical problems and delivering solutions to tough timescales. At the same time you will receive training tailored around you as an individual, mainly “on the job” mentoring, but also through following a range of internal and external courses – covering everything from presentation skills, technical writing and project management, through to commercial and business skills.
TTP looks for candidates who are academically exceptional and show an interest and an aptitude for business. It is a challenging skill set but for people who have it, there are few other companies that can offer the breadth of opportunity.
Join us and we'll give you the opportunity to get involved in a hugely diverse range of projects, to travel the world, and to fulfil your potential while building a rewarding, intellectually satisfying career.

"As a graduate at TTP, you will start work on a project immediately and start to participate in the on- the- job mentoring and training process. There is a similar feel to joining a much smaller company, except you’ll actually be part of a team of nearly 400 staff and will be working on multiple projects with people from various backgrounds and a range of skills.
This is a great environment for learning: quick turnaround on tasks, with guidance and feedback from experienced engineers. There are formal courses, both internal and external, adding to TTP’s very hands-on training.
It is a demanding environment and as a result the academic requirements are high, and being individually driven is a must. A certain level of interest and aptitude for business is useful, as all work is undertaken with either a client’s or TTP’s business argument in mind. More importantly, an ability to keep the big picture in mind, whilst working on a specific aspect, is essential.
There’s a lot of scope to get involved with what interests you, both on the engineering and business side, especially with a bit of initiative and entrepreneurship.
It’s a steep challenge for graduates, but there are few other companies who can offer this speed of learning or level of responsibility from the start, and very few who can offer both."
Internships at TTP give Science and Engineering undergraduates the opportunity to learn more about what a career in innovative technology and product development will offer. Our interns work on live projects and are mentored by TTP consultants. If you have the right aptitude and appetite, you will have the opportunity to make a positive and lasting impact.
All interns are encouraged to participate in all the areas of the work we do, including time in the lab, joining team meetings and interacting with our customers, experiencing the day-to-day reality of a career with one of Europe’s leading technology businesses.
