Panel discussion
Day Two: Innovation at the Speed of the Frontline -12:10-13:40
Recent operations in Ukraine have shown that advantage is increasingly gained by those who can adapt and iterate capability at the point of need. Frontline units are modifying equipment and tactics in contact, enabled by direct and continuous feedback between the operator and industry. This session will examine how NATO can adopt this approach, accelerating adaptation cycles, empowering action at the tactical level, and integrating rapid iteration into force development.
Panellists:
- Major General (Retd) Karl Ford CB CBE, Director of Defence Planning, International Staff, NATO
- Alex Kugajevsky, Adoption Principal, NATO Innovation Fund
- Andy Fell, TTP
The panel will be followed by working groups led by TTP.
