We hire graduates (Bachelors, Master’s, PhD’s) to be our future leaders. From day one, you’ll step into a permanent role working on real, impactful projects in multidisciplinary teams. You will apply what you’ve learned from your degree every day to tackle complex challenges and develop pioneering solutions, all while gaining hands-on experience alongside seasoned experts to further build your commercial acumen.

In our teams, you will partner with our ambitious clients from day one: from start-ups to multinationals, all of whom are seeking to build a better future through technology. The variety of projects you can work on will allow you to be constantly learning and building new skills.

If you’re currently in your final year of study at university and are looking for your first step into the exciting world of work at a professional consultancy firm, then these are the roles to apply for.

Internships

Put your knowledge to the test and discover how far it can take you. As an intern, you’ll get hands-on experience working alongside experts from diverse disciplines, applying your insights to real-world challenges on projects that push technological boundaries.

We offer a range of paid internships: 10 week summer internships that run from July through to September, 6-month PhD internships to go alongside your research, and longer Year In Industry Placements as part of a university course. All our roles launch in September annually and are filled on a rolling basis. We suggest applying early to get the best chance of success.

All our interns are considered for permanent roles during their internship, so it’s experience that can directly lead to a fulfilling career.

From intern to consultant: Elisa's journey

“From a young age, I wanted to be an inventor because I loved taking things apart to see how they worked. So, when I was looking for internships, TTP’s emphasis on innovation and the breadth of projects I could learn about and work on stood out to me."

During my internship, I found myself contributing to client facing projects really quickly and taking on greater ownership and responsibility in projects than I thought possible on a summer internship.

I worked within the surgical tools and devices team, adding capabilities to devices and developing equipment for surgeons that could be safer and more accessible. I really enjoyed being able to walk through labs, seeing some of the vast number of projects running at the time, and asking colleagues what they were working on and how things worked.

What stood out to me during the internship was how everyone was so passionate and willing to share their knowledge about each project, and the freedom I was given to work on any project, in any area, across the whole company.

Today I feel lucky to say that I do one of my main hobbies as my job; my every day involves designing electronics, prototyping interesting electromechanical systems and inventing new technologies that help people.
