When your therapy demands more from your device, we deliver
From high-concentration formulations to lyophilisation and intraocular delivery: who will solve your toughest drug delivery device challenges?
With nearly four decades of applied science and engineering leadership, we excel in tackling highly technical issues - from mechanics, electronics, and fluidics to stability, connectivity, user experience and manufacturability - to help pharma and biotech innovators build devices that bring therapies to market faster and deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Meet us at PODD 2026 to discuss your next breakthrough.

Beyond Conventional Injection: Lessons from Microneedle Drug Delivery - Track 2B - Novel Injectable & Non-Injectable Technologies
Matthew Parker, Device Innovation Lead, TTP
The continued rise of GLP-1 and other metabolic therapies is driving renewed interest in alternatives to conventional subcutaneous delivery, from ingestible devices to nasal technologies.
But these approaches bring additional challenges for development and commercialisation: the interplay of drug, device and tissue; new usability risks; and the need to scale novel manufacturing processes in parallel with clinical development.
Drawing on TTP's experience developing microneedle delivery systems, we share a risk-based approach to navigating these challenges. By first understanding the fundamental parameters and sensitivities governing delivery, we explore how delivery and scalability risks can be tackled independently, and progressively integrated through clinical development to avoid compounding risk.
We conclude by considering how this framework can be applied across other alternative delivery approaches, despite very different delivery physics and biological interfaces.

How Much Device Do You Need? - Track 4A & 4B Cell, Gene and Novel Biologics Delivery
Steve Gowers, Head of Pharma , TTP
Developing Local Drug Delivery Systems from Preclinical Studies to Commercial Product
For advanced modalities, like gene therapies, you often need a device to deliver the therapy before the delivery physics, formulation, procedure and user needs are well understood.
When this happens, how do drug development teams build confidence in their therapy without compounding risk, cost and development time?
Drawing on our experience in ophthalmic delivery, this talk shares TTP’s experience in developing phase-appropriate drug delivery tools, experiments and evidence that allow the device to mature alongside the drug development.
